The Arts: Life after porn
 Last year I attended John Stagliano's Fashionistas stage show at Planet Hollywood's Harmon Theatre. This year the space is occupied by "Find Your Sexy," billed as the "only all-female variety show in Las Vegas." Its co-producer is Ric Williams, who used the run Black Widow Entertainment, the company that released the animated porn "The Princess Has Come of Age."
"Thought I could move to Las Vegas and retire, but that didn’t last long," said Williams from the theatre.
"The woman that I was dating wanted to get into show biz, and she is a very spiritual type, but is an attorney and book publisher. Boring. So together we created a burlesque review with positive acts."
"Find Your Sexy" debuuted at Forty Deuce at the Mandalay once a month starting in May. In Seprtember it moved to the Harmon Theatre, where it plays five afternoons a week starting at 4 p.m.
"Casting was easy," Williams said of the troupe, which contains acrobats, aerialists, and a "mentalist" (and is a bikini show). "The acts just fell into place."
AVN attendees can get either half-off admission or two-for-one admission.
 Williams is in his sixties. I asked what could possibly be the appeal of spending his golden years around bikini-clad mentalists.
"My daughter thinks I am regressing since I joined an outlaw motorcycle club, grew a moustache and goatee, and ride a Harley now," he said.

 I won't lie to you, my friends. The animation in this movie is not good. This is no The Princess Has Come of Age, but at least the sex is mostly between humans in this movie, and it's important to have someone to root for that's not an actual root. We have to draw the line somewhere.

La Cholita: On cars and in ink
 L.A.'s own La Cholita is featured in Carlos Batts' upcoming Kiss Attack, a movie just behind Pirates II and Catherine in pre-release publicity.
"Kiss Attack is a cross between Sin City and Blade Runner," said Batts, "and each scene has an interstitial animation."
While it's very important for America to encounter La Cholita in the flesh, above is her artistic rendering from the movie, due July 15.
