This was fascinating to me, because I just assumed Katja secreted baby oil.
This picture reveals a lot about the way the porn business is run; those hotel sheets probably got ruined. Who paid for them? And it appears as if Katja's face is sprouting from her left buttock like Athena from Zeus' forehead.
I'm probably reading too much into it.
