Today I talked with former AVN coworker/current HentaiPR owner Wayne Hentai. One of his side projects recently has been writing porn scripts. I will not tell you what they were. He has seen about 15 of them made into movies.We are going to see each other on a set this afternoon.
"Did you write this movie?" I asked.
"No," he said softly. "I have decided to walk away."
"You're going to kill yourself?"
"No, I have decided to walk away from writing porn scripts," he said.
"Oh," I said, the excitement draining from my day. "Why?"
"I found my vision constantly compromised," he said. "No one could do justice to it."
I asked for an example.
"They wouldn't let me do Fuck My Dirty Asshole: A Love Story," he said.
"OK."
"I'm an artist, and they wanted to restrict me," he said.
"OK."
"I am an artist," he said.
