Other than the recent Britney Rears 3 party, there has been a scarcity of porn events that have taken place in Porn Valley proper. Tomorrow's KSEX Awards (also known as Pink Visual Productions presents The 5TH Annual KSEXradio.com Listeners' Choice Awards), to be held at Paladino's in Tarzana, are so deep up The Valley that it needed to take a break and walk around for a while."I'm OK. I'm OK," The Valley said.
The show will be hosted by Sunset Thomas and entertainment will be provided by Layzie Bone of Bone Thugs-n-Harmony as well as funk band Slapbak.
I asked KSEX program director Wankus why he brought the funk.
"While the following for Bone Thugs is so vast, we thought it was a good idea to invite Kramer to the awards show so he could do a quick six-minute set," Wankus said, not answering my question. "But when he found out that cell phone cameras were not permitted, he respectfully declined and booked himself at a better venue with more Afro-Americans."
Tickets for the show, which include dinner, are $35 and can be purchased at KSEXRadio until 6 p.m. PST tonight. General admission is $10. Tickets will also be available at the door tomorrow night. Doors open at 6 and the show begins at 8.
