Former judge Donald Thompson is alleged to have operated a penis pump for several years behind the bench while hearing cases. His court reporter heard a suspicious shh sound coming from the vicinity of his robes.The Oklahoma judge believes in retrospect that he should have thrown the device away, but insists he only kept it under the bench and in his chambers and did not use it, as witnesses say, while hearing the tearful testimony of the grandfather of a murdered toddler.
Thompson faces several decades in prison and registration as a sex offender if convicted.
