Over budget but not overhyped, Kurt Lockwood's The Decline of Western Civilization Part 69: The Porno Years is a really interesting movie for only some of the reasons its producers intended.Each porn scene in the movie is especially good, but it's everything else that makes the movie worth owning, not the least of which is Lockwood's often cringe-worthy self-veneration. A close second is Eve Lawrence's candid interview segments.
